Workshops Schedule

2008 Year-Round Workshop Schedule - COMING SOON!

The RMSLA has hired our long time Workshop Coordinator from the Fair, Bryan Birch. Now, with our expanded capacity to provide access to sustainable education throughout the year we are able to better meet the needs of our community and beyond. We will provide hands-on training as well as discussion based training. Topics will focus on community needs and range in interest from green building techniques to local agriculture. Programs will begin this Spring and registration will open in March.

Community Discussion Courses - COMING SOON!

The RMSLA is in the process of establishing itself as a sister institute of the Northwest Earth Institute based in Portland, Oregon. These exciting NEW Community Discussion Groups will provide opportunity for people to gather in small groups and utilize the following topics as vehicles for personal growth, as well as social change: Choices for Sustainable Living - Voluntary Simplicity - Discovering a Sense of Place - Globalization and Its Critics - Healthy Children; Healthy Planet - Exploring Deep Ecology - Global Warming: Changing Course Discussion Groups will begin this Spring and registration will open in March.
