This advanced soap making class will augment the information and skills received in the Beginning Soap Making class. Natural additives for exfoliating, and pigmenting your soap will be discussed and used to make a decadent, layered mocha latte, coffee soap with shea butter and cinnamon. Each student will create their own bars to take home. We will also make a clear glycerin goldfish-in-a-bag fun imbed soap. There will be discussions on how to market your soaps, and also packaging ideas. The course is taught by professional soap-maker Alyssa Young of Pure Elixir in Fort Collins. No children please.  To participate in the Advanced Soap Making workshop you must take the prerequisite course of Basic Soap Making.  This course is offered twice a year: April 17th and October 16th.
