Thanks to the power of over 400 volunteers and 3,000 + hours of their time,  2011′s Fest was a great success, attracting over 11,800 attendees from across the country. Consider becoming a part of the movement to actively live a healthy and abundant future: VOLUNTEER.

Use the link above to register with our online scheduling tool. After registering you will receive a welcome email within 24 hours with your log in and password information. Use this information to create a profile with us, join Teams that you would like to volunteer with and assign yourself to open shifts on those Teams.

Volunteers are needed for three to four hour shifts on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Shift duties vary depending on what Team you volunteer with. Volunteer responsibilities run a wide range including:

  • set-up and take-down, assistance with workshops, helping us meet our zero waste goals, assisting at the front entrance and registration, helping folks get to the fair through parking and signage support, parking bikes, judging old thyme food contests, and so much more!

All volunteers will receive:

  • Free Admission to the Fair on Saturday and Sunday
  • An Official Organic Cotton Fair T-shirt
  • Lunch on the Day of Your Shift – THANKS – Food Co-op, Fiddletown Bakery, Grant Family Farms
  • One Beverage per Shift (must be 21 or over to consume beer). Must bring your own cup, glass or bottle to the event. Official Fair glasses will be available for purchase at the Beer Garden at a discounted rate of $2.00 for volunteers.
