Workshops at The Sustainable Living Fair

Our educational programs and workshops offer creative challenges, delivering valuable, long-term benefits for a wide range of community interests that improve the relationship between people and the environment. These programs forge connections between ideas, principles and resources and harness communication to better understand and express essential relationships that combine a local sense of place with global respect for sustainability.

Included with your $5 admission, is access to more than 50 workshops and demonstrations presented over the course of the weekend. Our Workshop Presenters travel from across the country to bring you the most current and accurate information out there today!

If you are interested in presenting a workshop at the Fair, complete the Workshop Presenter Proposal form and submit it to our Workshop Coordinator at your earliest convenience (please note the submission deadlines).

Extended Workshops at The Sustainable Living Fair
Each year we feature a few extended workshops that allow participants to take part in the presentation. These workshops range from Strawbale Construction to Building a Wind Turbine! If you would like to participate in one of our Extended Workshops you will need to register in advance! These workshops are limited on the number of participants and will be filled on a first-come basis. Check back regularly for available workshops and registration details.
