Tour de Coop '09

The Tour de Coop has been rescheduled for Sunday May 17th

9am - 1pm Bike/Coop Tours
Bicycle tour to 4 local established backyard Chicken Coops in the Old Town and Campus West area of Fort Collins led by Rolling Spokes Bike Tours. Local, fresh, organic, homemade lunch and beverages included. See Coop size and design, talk with chicken owners, see what you need to have happy backyard chickens. Ride your bike, have fun, celebrate local Chicken culture!

Cost: $15 per person, tour size limited to 50 people.
After you have registered you will receive a confirmation with starting point location and further details.

1pm - 4pm ReSource ReCoop
Greg Michaud of The Old Feed Store in LaPorte and Ben Seger of Northern Colorado Feeders will present short talks on Chicken care and Coop Design. Chicken books, Chicken feed, baby chicks, chick set-up, Coop designs and materials also available through ReSource. We will auction off two new Coops at the end of the day. Proceeeds go to RMSLA and purchases are tax deductible. ReSource ReCoop is open to the public. Donation suggested. Come join the Chicken fun and games!
